'Nothing here's set in stone' questions our understanding of photography as a medium of representation. I believe as viewers we are conditioned into how to perceive and understand photography. This series aims to exploit our reliance on photography to represent reality, in turn it presents the viewer with a level of visual uncertainty and curiosity whilst observing each image. This series aims to provoke the viewer to question authenticity and reality within this visual medium. Allowing and prompting the viewer to question reality within photography provides a crucial understanding of viewing and perception. This conditioned viewing process needs to be questioned and I aim to provide the audience with a refreshing and curious viewing experience.
